Improved sleep quality

Very satisfied, real results! After years of struggling with sleep apnea due to frequent time zone changes, I resorted to melatonin. However, a month after starting Ginkgo Biloba, I could fall asleep naturally. My mother also experienced clearer thinking and calmness after just a week of taking it. Starting with one capsule in the morning, I later increased to two. The difference in my sleep quality has enhanced my life immensely. Highly recommend!

Forget sleeping pills! I am a 52-year-old post-menopausal female and have struggled to sleep through the night for years. I was about to ask my doctor for sleeping pills when I began taking Now Foods’ natural resveratrol. Now, I sleep soundly every night, waking only for bathroom breaks. If I wake for any reason, I can roll back over and fall asleep again. The overall improvement in my life is immeasurable, and I’m grateful to my sister for recommending resveratrol.

This product was terrible. The first capsule made me feel like I was struggling to breathe, and it was very unsettling. The second capsule also caused distress. It didn’t feel like magnesium citrate at all. I cannot recommend it.

Super! I have a small child and suffered from sleep deprivation, which caused my heart to ache. After visiting a cardiologist, he recommended Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc. Since I started taking these supplements, my heart no longer hurts. I highly recommend this preparation, although it can be hard to find.

I was frustrated by my husband's farts, which were so strong it was like fruit and painful to sleep with me. After trying various remedies, this supplement noticeably reduced both the frequency and smell, allowing me to sleep peacefully again. I'm incredibly grateful! (^^)
Sleep apnea is a common and potentially serious sleep disorder characterized by irregular breathing patterns during sleep. Individuals with sleep apnea experience episodes of disrupted or paused breathing, which can occur multiple times throughout the night. These interruptions can last a few seconds to several minutes and often lead to fragmented sleep, which may result in excessive daytime sleepiness, irritability, and difficulty concentrating. The condition can be broadly classified into two main types: obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), caused by a blockage of the upper airway, and central sleep apnea (CSA), which occurs when the brain fails to send the proper signals to the muscles that control breathing.
The diagnosis of sleep apnea typically involves a sleep study, either conducted in a sleep clinic or at home using portable monitoring devices. Treatment options vary depending on the severity of the condition but may include lifestyle changes, the use of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machines, oral appliances, or even surgery in some cases. If left untreated, sleep apnea can lead to various health complications, including cardiovascular issues, metabolic disorders, and impaired cognitive function, making it essential to consult a healthcare professional if you suspect you or someone you know may be affected by this disorder.
Fiber is a type of carbohydrate that the body can't digest. Unlike other carbohydrates that break down into sugar molecules, fiber cannot be digested, and instead passes through the digestive system relatively intact. It is typically categorized into two types: soluble and insoluble fiber. Soluble fiber dissolves in water and can help to lower blood cholesterol and blood sugar levels, while insoluble fiber adds bulk to the stool and aids in digestion by preventing constipation. Foods rich in fiber include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds, making it an essential aspect of a balanced diet.
Incorporating fiber into your daily meals is key for realizing its health benefits. It's recommended that adults consume about 25 grams of fiber each day, although many fall short of this goal. Besides promoting digestive health, fiber can assist in maintaining a healthy weight by making you feel fuller longer. When choosing fiber-rich foods, opt for whole, minimally processed choices whenever possible, as these tend to provide more nutrients. Whether you're looking to improve gut health, manage weight, or lower cholesterol levels, increasing your fiber intake can be an effective strategy.

A very good proven brand. I bought these for my mum, who has been taking them for two weeks now. She previously suffered from sleep apnea, but this morning she mentioned sleeping through the night. I hope she continues to feel well with this product.

I purchased this magnesium, attracted by the claim of being "highly absorbable". However, after three months, I experienced no relaxation or sleep improvement. It was cumbersome to take four capsules to reach the therapeutic dose. Switching to magnesium malate from KAL resulted in immediate benefits; I slept well, and cramps vanished.

I bought this magnesium for relaxation and to strengthen my nails and hair. However, after taking it, I felt excessive weakness, shaking hands, and persistent sleepiness. I stopped after five days and returned to normal. It was disappointing.
